Claustrophobia.... (submitted to spank the carp: https://www.spankthecarp.com/)

This talks about the loss of freedom due to the absence of socializing and being confined within limited space

Every day in the morn, there is apathy,
for he knows how the day will go with utmost certainty.
The day starts slow with something to eat,
not looking forward as there is no one to meet.

Then he enters his enclosed mind,
trying to pull himself out from the continuous grind.
Out of his reverie, he is pushed onto the street,
with fear that there will be a lot to repeat.

After some time, he's forced back into his enclosure,
but they consider it all part of a grand procedure.
Next, he gets back to freeing his rattled mind,
but in aloofness does a complex spell bind.

Allowed some time out of the cell, it's useless,
for there is no one to get along with regardless.
Back to the cage, the animal is booted,
fixed in a spot to which he is rooted

Finally, comes the call of darkness, it is night,
time to extinguish whatever remains of the little light

Sounds quite complicated, but I do get the general idea which seems really good. Just a caution about your spellings, the picture is perfect.
